Records show that the Seneca Nation of Indians executed an agreement with lobbyist Bolton-St. Johns while the agreement between BSJ and Delaware North was STILL ACTIVE. This is a major conflict of interest as the Seneca Nation and Delaware North are direct competitors in casino gaming.

Seneca Mothers Terminate Bolton-St. Johns Contract

On Saturday, sparks flew as the Seneca Mothers group demanded that the Seneca Nation of Indians terminate their contract with Bolton St. Johns and force the resignation of head legal counsel Michele Mitchell. They were successful on both accounts.
