Nov 19, 2017 - Statement from Cheyenne River Sioux Chairman Harold Frazier on Keystone Pipeline Spill

On November 16th, the TransCanada Keystone pipeline spilled over 210,000 gallons of tar sands crude in the northwestern part of South Dakota near the Lake Traverse reservation home of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate. Cheyenne River Sioux Chairman Harold Frazier, who is currently battling to stop the proposed TransCanada Keystone XL pipeline, issued the following response.
